OpenCloud does not promise a particular response time. Security, account access, and suspected data-exposure reports receive priority.

Plugin connection checklist

Before opening a plugin ticket:

  1. Confirm the OpenCloud plugin is installed and enabled on a supported host surface.
  2. Start a new conversation after installing or updating the plugin.
  3. Complete the OpenCloud connector sign-in when the host prompts for it.
  4. If you are using ChatGPT Remote on a phone, confirm the connected desktop task already has the plugin and connector available.
  5. Check ChatGPT, Claude, and MCP and Troubleshooting.

Do not repeatedly retry a destructive action such as a restore, rollback, secret deletion, or production promotion while a support request is open.

Privacy and account requests

Use the same support address for access, correction, export, or deletion requests. Put Privacy request in the subject. OpenCloud may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant account before acting.

Read the Privacy policy and Terms of service for the hosted service.

Security reports

Put Security report in the subject and provide the smallest safe reproduction that demonstrates the issue. Do not access another user's app or data, retain data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or publish an unremediated issue.
